How To Purchase Our Products

We sell directly to our customers – behavioral health facilities, contractors, and wholesale distributors. Please contact us by phone or e-mail for pricing and availability.

Terms and Conditions

Payment: For customers not on open accounts, we accept Visa and Mastercard. Subject to a 3.5% surcharge.


  • Shipments are FOB Greenlawn, NY.
  • Shipments are pre-paid and added to the invoice unless we are provided with a collect or 3rd party shipping account.
  • Collect or 3rd party shipments will not be insured unless instructed by the customer (at customer expense).
  • Claims for missing or damaged goods must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment.

Returns: We charge a 25% restocking fee.


  • Our products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Click here for a copy of our Product Warranty.
  • Some products have warranty terms and conditions that are specific to them.
  • Copies of product-specific warranties are available upon request.
